Weigh In…Work out

256.8 this morning. I also started my workout regimen.

Before my shower in the morning

15 minutes elliptical machine (12 today – need to adjust my warm up time)

15 minutes of stretching

After I get home from work:

15 minutes on elliptical machine

15 minutes stretching

5 minutes inversion table

25 push-ups
