Independent Merchants – 2014-2015 – Wk. 7 – Quarter 1 Roll-Off

The Wrecking Crew

  • (155) Mr. Pink-{156}-{170}-{162}=488 {162} +7
  • (148) Lenny-{200}-{143}-{162}=505 {168} +20
  • (160) Ruben-{134}-{170}-{165}=469 {156} -4
  • (180) Tod-{154}-{168}-{193}=515 {171} -9
  • (215) James-{168}-{197}-{195}=560 {186} -29

Bold indicates individual point won. Italics indicate poker hand won.

As a team we took 10 out of 35 points and as a team we were -11 for the night.

It was a rough night for a few of us but as a team we were able to hang on to win the 3rd game and take 1st place for the 1st quarter this year. This qualifies us to play for the title league championship. Boo-ya! This will be Ruben and Linus’ first time taking 1st in a quarter ever. It will be my first time in 7-10 years (really), and Tod and Mr. Pinks 2nd and 3rd in the last 5 years.

Also things of note: Ruben is now tied in 1st place for most individual points won and Linus rolled his first 200 game of the year and first 500 series ever (I believe). Tod is rolling at a 180+ average this year and Mr. Pink took 2 individual points from the leagues highest average last night. Congratulations guys! I am super excited for you and really proud of your achievements!

Peace be with you!

More to come…

Oh Yeah, that is what I am talking about. It was a tough night for all of us, but we weren’t in 1st place because of our good looks. 🙂 We had to fight for the win. Yes, it was only 11 points we won for the night, but in end results, we came in first, which means more $$$ at the end. I too am proud of our team. We fight until the end, not giving up. Things get in our heads and try to derail us, sometimes they win, but I think for the most of the time, we win. So, Great bowling team, just 3 more quarters to go. Go, Fight, Win!!! -Mr. Pink
